1.1. ARTEMIDA INDEX<\/strong> \u2013 A service provided by Qualima Sp. z o.o. for assessing an organization\u2019s sustainability practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. Company<\/strong> \u2013 Qualima Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (TAX ID: PL5342641667), located at Romantyczna Street 9, 05-830 Walend\u00f3w, Poland, KRS number 0000911626. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3. User<\/strong> \u2013 Any individual or organization using the ARTEMIDA INDEX services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4. SNOWDROP<\/strong> Free test<\/strong> \u2013 a basic sustainability assessment provided at no cost, with instant results sent via email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.5. PATHFINDER<\/strong> Paid test<\/strong> \u2013 a detailed assessment available upon payment, with immediate access to the test and results sent via email upon completion. A certificate is issued within 24 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.6. GROWTH<\/strong>: ESG audit and compliance report<\/strong> \u2013 A customized service where users contact ARTEMIDA INDEX for a personalized assessment and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ARTEMIDA INDEX services provided by the Company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3. ARTEMIDA INDEX is a registered trademark protected by Polish and international law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3.1. The ARTEMIDA INDEX offers three types of assessments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • SNOWDROP Free test<\/strong>: Users submit required details online, and results are sent instantly via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • PATHFINDER Paid test<\/strong>: Available after online payment, results are emailed upon test completion, and certificates are issued within 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • GROWTH: ESG audit and compliance report<\/strong>: Clients contact ARTEMIDA INDEX to arrange an audit and obtain a custom quote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Placing an order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      4.1. Users can select either a SNOWDROP Free or PATHFINDER Paid Test on the website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4.2. The PATHFINDER Paid Test is accessible immediately after online payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4.3. To request GROWTH: ESG audit and compliance report, clients must contact ARTEMIDA INDEX via email to discuss the scope and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      5.1. Payment for the PATHFINDER Paid Test is processed online through the available payment gateway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5.2. GROWTH: ESG audit and compliance report is priced individually and must be paid as per the agreement with ARTEMIDA INDEX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Assessment process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      6.1. SNOWDROP Free Test provides instant results upon submission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6.2. PATHFINDER Paid Test is available immediately after payment, and results are sent via email upon completion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6.3. The certificate for the PATHFINDER Paid Test is emailed within 24 hours after test completion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6.4. GROWTH: ESG audit and compliance report follows a custom timeline agreed upon with the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Withdrawal and refund policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      7.1. Users may withdraw from the PATHFINDER Paid Test or GROWTH: ESG audit and compliance report within 14 days of purchase, provided the test has not been completed or the audit has not started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7.2. To withdraw, users must notify the Company via email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7.3. Refunds will not be issued once the test is completed or the audit process has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Complaints and claims<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      8.1. Users may submit complaints regarding service issues by emailing ARTEMIDA INDEX. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8.2. Complaints must include the user\u2019s details, description of the issue, and supporting documents if applicable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8.3. The Company will review complaints within 14 days and notify users of the resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Data protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      9.1. The Company complies with GDPR and Polish data protection laws. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9.2. User data is used only for assessment purposes and is not shared without consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      10.1. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of ARTEMIDA INDEX services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10.2. The Company\u2019s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the service in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. Trademark notice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      ARTEMIDA INDEX is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of the name or logo is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      12. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      12.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      12.2. Disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. Changes to Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      13.1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
